Only products will be accepted: unwashed, unused, odorless, that have not been altered by the customer (hems and adjustments, for example), that is, intact, with seal and labels affixed to the piece. Upon receipt of the product, it will undergo a Quality Control analysis, which may take up to 7 days, and, if it does not comply with the conditions described here, the customer will be informed that the product will be resent.


The product will undergo an exchange analysis with a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days for the solution. Celeste is exempt from exchanging or repairing any product where a quality defect has been found due to bad and/or time of use.


For returns with refund of amounts paid, these must be requested by email within up to 07 CALENDAR days, from the date of receipt of the product.
